Review of Council Opticians :
I went into this business just yesterday to try and purchase contacts, as I recently got a prescription from the Hamburg Council Opticians.
I was told that they could only fill the prescription for a specific brand - whatever my Dr. picked for me.
Of course there was no brand name on my prescription…more
