You could tell it was an older hotel but it was definitely renovated and clean. Customer service was excellent. Hotel shuttle was prompt and on time. Walking distance to a large mall. Really what more can you ask? I have 0 complaints

Stayed here a few days ago and we had a lovely experience. Here is the breakdown: The customer service, concierge desk and room service was excellent, very friendly and provided quick service and help when needed. The room was newly renovated, clean, comfy bed and a decent shower (If you are tall than the shower head isn't for you : ) The door to the room had a big gap at the bottom, you could hear people in the hallway very clearly at all hours…they really need to fix that. We found it a little weird that the swimming pool was in the hotel restaurant although it was surrounded by greenery, it was still bizarre. Room service had a great selection for both meat eaters and vegetarians. All in all, a great stay.

We were here for 3 nights with the whole family. We came for a hockey tournament so our whole team stayed also. The room was spacious & clean, the maids were more than pleasant, the hotel staff was more than accomodating, the internet connection was fabulous,we were able to work away from home no problem. We will definitely be back & will definitely recommend to others to stay here. What a well run, well kept hotel. We had a blast.

Its a good hotel with great location. Has an excellent pool and poolside. Kids will enjoy the pool. Always book via priceline/hotwire to get a good deal. Nothing extraordinary but good for stay in a happening area. Recommended for its location and reasonable rate. Its a first choice for lots of Canadian across the border who come here for the Galleria Mall shopping.

Just stayed at Millenium over the weekend for a short weekend shopping trip. Check in was quick and we received everything we asked for. Connecting room with 2 beds in each. Rooms were clean and spacious. On the Saturday night our noisy "neighbours" came in yelling and screaming into their room at 3:30 am and continued the party for a while!! I called down to the front desk and within less than 1 minute one of the staff was knocking on their door dealing with the situation. The neighbours broke up their party and were quiet. I was very impressed with the staff's quick response!! We stayed at Millenium last year, same time for the same reason. We hope to make it an annual trip and will stay here for sure. Just a quick walk through the parking lot to Walden Galleria. We left our car in the hotel parking lot the whole weekend. When the boys had enough of shopping the girls continued until the mall closed and felt safe walking back to the hotel. Although it is an older hotel, everything is clean. Our bathroom had a new pedestal sink and looked like a new carpet. Would highly recommend!

This hotel is really good value for money. For an airport hotel it isn't over-priced and it is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly. It has a lovely pool and pool area. It is just 2 mins' drive from the airport and runs a shuttle service there and back. My only complaint is that breakfast is expensive and the service in the restaurant is a bit slow, but the food is good. I think you can get deals there where breakfast is included, which I didn't get. It has free wireless internet in all the rooms, which is handy for business trips. All in all I highly recommend this hotel. I think the previous reviewers probably didn't stay there as recently as I did as it looks as though it's recently been renovated and some of the issues identified have been resolved, for example there were plenty of power outlets in the rooms.

The rooms were clean and pleasing in appearance and the staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle starts at 4 am and was on time.

Staff was extremely friendly and the location was very convenient. We had dinner and went shopping at the Galleria which was right across the street.
