Management sub-standard. While the atmosphere and the crowd at Fugazi's is warm and welcome I found the ownership and staff to be be sub-standard. After being overcharged for drinks I was assured that no authorization would be mad to my card for an incorrect amount. Later the next day I find that charge was made so i informed the bar after being called back by the manager he informed me that his bank stated that no authorization was made yet my bank stated it was. I simply needed authorization number and merchant ID to reverse the authorization so he needed to conference call with my bank. He informed me he was too busy to deal with that. I stated he shouldn't be too busy to deal with a customer who's missing money and he then informed me he hopes it's a customer who will not come back and then hung up. I found this to be very disappointing as I enjoyed my time at his bar and now have to wait 15 days for the authorization to come off when he could have just given me 5 minutes to speak with my bank.…
