Part of Elmwood's eclectic nightlife scene, this is the college bar for those who wish college had never ended.. The Scene


If you're drinking in the afternoon, you may join Elmwood regulars discussing philosophy, football or both. At night, Faherty's caters to a mixture of college kids, yuppies and average joes. In the summer, a giant glass-paned garage door is raised so patrons can mingle with the crowd on this busy section of Elmwood Avenue. In the winter, the closed door provides a great view of Elmwood's colorful characters.





While You're There


Faherty's has a wide range of imported and domestic beers, knowledgeable bartenders and typical happy hour specials. Music-critic types recommend Faherty's ample jukebox selection and the pool tables are nothing to sneeze at, either.

Buffalo Classic. Great bar for relaxing with friends. There is an awesome jukebox and a couple of pool tables too. And don't forget $7.00 pitcher of Blue! The best time to come here is during the summer time because the 2 garage doors are opened up.
