Rename to Haircut Roulette. Stay away from COLLEEN. Once in a while its good, most times it's not-- depends who you get and the time of day. Don't go anytime near closing time because the employees can't wait to get the hell out of there. COLLEEN was my stylist and didn't listen to anything I said. Just went right for the shi++y block fade. During the haircut I said several times that she was going too short and not cutting the style I wanted. It was like I wasn't even talking. I said I didn't want a boxy, military-style cut and she said she had to make it boxy so that it would grow out evenly. BS! I said don't cut the front at all cause it was too short compared to the rest, it was the first thing she did! Then she argued with me, saying she had to make it boxy so it would grow out evenly. WTF? I still don't know..

Sensing a low tip, she said my card wasn't working and took the cash I had on me. On top of this, she didn't give me a receipt which makes me think she pocketed the cash as a tip. Now I have to remember to check my bank and make sure the charge didn't really go through.

Overall she was CARELESS and LAZY and rushed me out even though there was only one customer waiting. Now I know why.
