Outstanding Martial Arts. I have been doing martial arts for about 14years and have been learning there for about 5years. I've learned more practical real life karate there than i have anywhere else. The "Little Ninjas" program they have for young kids is great. I helps to instill values such as integrity, commitment, courage, and how to be a good friend. Judo and ju jitsu is also offered at this school. It was a friendly family orientated atmosphere and i felt welcome the moment i walked in the door. Joe is very knowledgable and took time to teach everyone individually. I highly reccomend this school for people of all ages.

best martial arts school ever. i have been studying martial arts for over 15 years and I have known joe gutowski for over 7 years and I've learned more from him in the first 6 months of training than I learned in 10 previous years of studying martial arts
