Wish you would have spoken up...

Being the owner of the cafe, you can only imagine how the below review is one that does not sit well with us. At Two Sisters, we care a great deal about the quality of our food and service and truly wish anyone that is not happy would speak to us directly so we can try to fix what may be wrong. After speaking to all of our employees, no one can remember getting a $.25 tip so wonder if this is a legitimate review....plus...why would someone want ketchup with pumpkin pancakes and a vegetable panini? ( where only the onions are ever grilled and the rest are left raw and put on the panini press - the same for 11 years and this is the first complaint?) still I do apologize if you were not happy as the customer is always right. Of course everyone has bad days though we strive to make them all delicious. Please read our recent review in The Buffalo News Gusto. Great fast service and great food ( and we do believe they were there on one of our busiest days of the year (since no one knows when they do the review) and many of the Buffalo Bills and other repeat customers frequent our establishment often and are happy with all!!!

Terrible Experience

My wife said her pumpkin pancakes were excellent. The food came quickly.

Everything else was terrible. The service was the worst I've ever received in my over then 60 years!

Three times I asked for water, never got it. I asked for an extra napkin. Never got it. Asked for ketchup, never got it.

The waitress never came back to ask if everything was Ok and it wasn't. The veggies on my veggie pannie (sp?) were not grilled?, and there were darned few of them. I felt like I paid a lot of $ for a bread sandwich.

Oh and it was dry as sand.

I'm usually a very generous tipper. I left a quarter.

Quaint cozy great food

Visiting from out of town - we stopped at the cafe last week and had a truly enjoyable lunch - from the wait staff and delicious lunch and atmosphere I have nothing but good to say about the quality of ownership shown at this small town restaurant. We enjoyed a wonderful spinach salad and a panini that was brought out in record time and and coming from a large city the bill was next to nothing for the amount of food that we received. The patio was not open because it was chilly but it looked to be a great place on a sunny day to enjoy a breakfast or lunch in the coming months. I highly recommend!

Delish

I frequent this cafe almost every Saturday. The servers are wonderful and know me by name and order! Christine, Kristin, and Tracy are usually the servers during the weekend and each one provides me with the best service possible! It's nice to know I can go there and have a meaningful conversation with the staff- makes it feel like home. Some might think it's a tad pricey but compared to other places, you get your money's worth, especially with the pancakes - hands down the best in town! I recommend it to anyone who drives by.

FAST SERVICE GREAT FOOD

I HAVE BEEN TO 2SISTERS SEVERAL TIMES. MOSTLY ON SAT MORNS FOR BREAKFAST, I GET THE BREAKFAST SANDWICH AND A SIDE OF HASH. EITHER, ALONE OR W MY FRIEND AND WE ALWAYS HAVE THE BEST SERVICE. I OWN A BUSINESS AS WELL AND I KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO PLEASE EVERYONE ALL THE TIME, EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS. I LOVE THE DECORATIONS AND THE OUTSIDE PATIO IN THE SUMMER, ITS SO HARD TO THINK OF EVERY ENTITY, AND WHOEVER OWNS THIS CAFE HAS DONE JUST THAT. ITS SUCH A GREAT PLACE! TO THE OWNER AND STAFF; GREAT JOB AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
