Size 6 Uggs are apparently hard to come by in this store. Although the salesgirl made a grand show of her customer service skills in house, she lacked on the follow-through. I was supposedly put on a waiting list for a pair of size 6 classic tall Ugg boots. The salesgirl took down my info and phone number with a promise to call when new stock came in. I contacted the manager by e-mail twice with no reply. Months later, I never received a call and ended up placing my order from the Ugg Australia website instead. I wish I had just done that in the first place! Also, this store has a great selection of Juicy Couture tracksuits - unless you're a size L or XL like me. I am constantly hounded by staff in this store. Even when I tell them I'm just looking, it seems to make them more determined. Another time while shopping there, the salesgirl was so hot on my heels that I walked out, without even buying anything I went in for, just because I couldn't stand being watched like a hawk. It made me very uncomfortable. This store is great for high-end labels, but if you want to make a purchase there, I strongly recommend you know exactly what you want to purchase beforehand so you can get in and get out quickly to avoid that feeling of someone watching and hovering over you. As many others have stated, save up your cash and make the trip to NYC for a much better shopping experience.

Wow, I love this store! I grew up in LA and spent my summers in NY and I haven't been to a store that I liked better. I was so bummed when I first moved here because I was sure that I would have nowhere to shop. I was in Wegmans one day and I saw a girl wearing my favorite pair of Jeans. (J Brand) I asked her where she got them and she told me the walker store. When I walked in there I almost died. They have the same stuff that they sell at my second favorite store Fred Segal. (This is the store that all the celebs shop at). The celebs would love This Walker store. Every time I go in there they are so friendly and helpful. I have never felt like the were being pushy at all. Much to my surprise they give great advise. Coming from LA you don't expect them to know their stuff but trust me they do. They must do their homework. When I first moved here I couldn't believe that they were suggesting the same outfits that my friends and I were wearing out to Hollywood parties. We are so lucky to have a store like this in my new town. I will support them any way I can. Thanks Walker!
