Awful Customer Service. I have shopped at Tony Walker for years. I go there for everything from coats to boots and dresses and jeans. I went in there today and was told that I could receive 20% off the two pairs of boots I was going to purchase if I came back at seven that same night.

I explained that I live in Lockport and that I wouldn't have time to come back later that night. I asked the manager if there was any chance I could have the 20% off now rather than having to make the drive at night.

After spending a lot of money there in the past and looking to purchase two pairs of boots (600$!) they were still unable to give me a measly 20% discount unless I came back that night.

I ended up buying both pairs of Frye boots online and am very disappointed in their service especially after the amount of money I spend there.

Although they sell wonderful top of the line products I can get better service from Zappos or any other website.

Very Helpful. Yes, you do pay more at Tony Walker and Co. but you definitely get what you pay for. I have only ever experienced the royal treatment from the staff and am pleased with hoe helpful Mark was recently with an issue I had. I was in and purchased a top to go with my skirt for my wedding rehearsal dinner (after much searching elsewhere). Anyway, the dry cleaners LOST my entire outfit! :( I called Tony Walker and asked if they could please look up my purchase. Mark did just that, and is sending the receipt to me now. Thank you so much Tony Walker....maybe you should open up a dry cleaning store!

Have liked it for years, love it now with the expansion. I brought a friend to Tony Walker today because she's heard so much but has never been. She wanted to show me a Chan Luu bracelet that she's seen around, so we were just interested in window shopping. (at first)

While we were looking at the Chan Luu accessories a lady next to us said to the salesperson, "I'm so glad I actually came in, the reviews I read online made you all seem so horrible!" We got into a big discussion that honestly, people mostly just write reviews when they have something to complain about. I told her that I've been shopping at Tony Walker for about 5 years, and have always left extremely happy, and very impressed with their service.

After buying the same Toy Watch that this lady (my new best friend) purchased, and the Chan Luu bracelet that I didn't even know existed (thanks Liz), I promised Brian, my salesperson, that I would go write a positive review. For today and all the years I've shopped at Tony Walker, I am continually impressed. Brian was one of the nicest salespeople I've dealt with there, even though I've had some really great ones in the past.

Thanks for making my day! Love my Toy Watch and new Chan Luu!!!!!

You need to get out more.. I am new to Citysearch, but I am not new to catty girls. Wow, give them a chance to get nasty, especially when no one knows it's them, and you can really get some crazy stuff going. I moved here from NYC and a friend of mine told me to check out Tony Walker. Move over Scoop, Tony Walker is the real deal. Their product mix is fantastic, and unlike Scoop, they actually have it in stock. The place is loaded.

As for the service, try getting some advice on fashion anywhere else and you're getting a sales pitch. Try Kristy Soda on for size and you're getting the best in the business.

Yes, I've noticed some pretty young girls working there. I know some women who think every pretty girl is giving them the look. My sister thinks everyone is checking her out and finding some flaw. Face it, every one of us sizes each other up, but I've never had anyone not be nice to me at Tony Walker. Some of you must be shopping in another store or just missed your meds.

The bottom line, TW rocks. Some of you are just not happy with who you are. Maybe you just couldn't fit in their clothes. Actually, that would be a legitimate gripe, they don't have extra large sizes. Sorry big mama, I won't be shopping with you at TW, you're better off online.

There's not a lot in Buffalo to shout about. The weather sucks, Chippewa is a crime zone for half-naked teenage girls, and the Sabres are the only game in town. But, and it's a big "but" the people are great. I love it here. Maybe the nasty reviews are from people in NYC where that taste of nasty is in everyone's mouth - and that's why I'm glad to be here.

Lighten up girls and be proud of the one store that people actually come from the city to shop at.
