My fiance followed his brother's advice and research and went to Andrew's for my engagement ring. I absolutely LOVE my ring, which also came with a matching wedding band. We had never looked at rings before and he just went off a few suggestions I had given him from advertisements I liked. I get compliments all the time about my ring, how unique, and stunning it is! About 5 months after becoming engaged I realized my center diamond was loose! I was nervous about what the repair may entail, not wanting to part with my ring! My family and I have always done business with a local jeweler in Lockport, so I was worried about taking my ring back to Andrew's. I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Elizabeth was very helpful and filled me in on benefits of the guarantee I was not aware of since my fiance and I had not shopped together. She took my ring right back to the jeweler and it was fixed in minutes as I waited!!! I look forward to going back to choose my fiance's wedding band and for upkeep of my ring.

I went to Andrew's jeweler's for the first time back in 2004 to browse for engagement rings. They have an AMAZING selection and the staff is very friendly/helpful (and patient). I ended up designing my engagement ring using several of their in stock rings as inspiration. The end result was beautiful and I treasure it to this day.

The original design of my ring was focused on making the band portion of the ring decorative. Budget constraints dictated that we purchase a plain head for the diamond to sit it. In 2011, it was time to swap out the plain head for something more decorative so back to Andrew's I went.

Again, the staff was SO HELPFUL and patient. I knew I wanted a halo to surround my existing stone. They also suggested pave stones for the prongs underneath the halo. I NEVER WOULD HAVE THOUGHT OF THAT! Now my ring is my DREAM RING! I get compliments on it all the time from strangers. It's so unique and, most importantly, it's EXACTLY what I wanted.

Occasionally, a small stone will fall out of my halo (not Andrew's fault... it's the nature of the pave setting) and they replace the stones no questions asked. It's this kind of continued customer care that really makes Andrew's stand out.

We purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band from Andrews and couldn't be happier. The quality of the rings are excellent and the service is always fantastic. Every time I come in to have my rings cleaned or serviced, they take care of me immediately. I would highly recommend Andrews for your jewelry needs! I will continue to purchase all my jewelry through them.

I went to Andrews for my engagement ring and received the best service I could have ever expected. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, which drove me back here to get the matching band! The service is not comparable to any other! A great place, with great service!! Words cannot express it all!

I went to Andrews to have a custom ring made from Silver with a diamond. Gina made a cast and did an amazing job on my 1 of kind BELIEVE ring for my partner and me.

The ability to create custom jewelry along with the large selection makes Andrews a great place to shop and be sure to see Gina!!!

Andrews is a great place for my jewelry needs. From charm bracelets to engagement rings, I have come in for it all. The staff is helpful and friendly and the showroom is lovely. I would highly recommend them!!!!! :)

Where to begin! 4 years ago, my then-fiance and I went to Andrews to look at engagement rings, after literally looking at several hundred in NYC, Vegas, Syracuse, the Caribbean and beyond! I finally found "the one" at Andrews and with Gina's expertise, my ring and wedding band are more than I ever could have dreamed of. But - maybe even more special was what happened long after the ring was on my finger.

I lost quite a bit of weight after we became engaged so by the time of the wedding, my ring no longer fit. When I returned to Andrews to have it re-sized, the staff (mainly Andrew himself) informed me that due to the number of tiny pave diamonds, it could not be sized down without losing diamonds - it simply could not be stretched small enough. I was given options of a ring guard or soldering small gold balls inside the ring to keep it tighter. Then Andrew asked why the ring was now so large and when I told him of my 75 pound weight loss, he was impressed and said that he would re-order a brand new ring for me at no charge in the correct size, so that I could be happy forever with a properly fitted ring. By the way, this was not as simple as just placing an order. This required communications to Europe to design a brand new ring and a separate shipment. The price of gold had also increased by this time. But - the new ring arrived as beautiful as could be, fit perfectly, and a lifetime customer was born. I can NEVER thank Andrew and his staff enough for being so caring and concerned about my happiness. My husband and I have been back many times since and Gina, Elizabeth, Jason and Mark are ALWAYS outstanding. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!
