Insane!. The food was good and the service was alright. However, be careful if you're served the wrong drink or menu item because the manager will come out and berate you! She will make you feel like a child! She will get in your face and yell! Her staff has been working there for 11 years and they NEVER make mistakes! We obviously made the mistake by dining there. So when you order a water and get a pepsi instead, be careful saying anything about it.

Excellent service and food. My son and I just went to Chili's earlier this evening--he had a child's crispy chicken crispers and I had a quesidilla salad.

The maitre d' and server were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good and affordable.

Chili's is Good!. Chili's food is great, but I would not classify them as a Mexican Restaurant. They serve Fajitas but this doesn't make them a mexican restaurant. Again, WNY people are lost in the Mexican food world. I think Chil's serves great food. But to put them in the Mexican Food Dept, not a good dept. It's just GRILL food.

Food is hot, service is great. Chili's has the BEST cheddar-bacon burger!!!!! The food is served attractively, staff is fast/friendly, prices are good value--more hot sauce on the chicken sandwich though!
