Avoid this place. Would rather pull by hand. I called this place with a few simple questions and the person they had answering the phones was a complete JERK. I asked standard questions about my vehicle and I was rudely "who is this!?" They said, "you should check your info before calling here" "Your confused" I don't what prompt this and I don't know much about this company, but if this is any indication of how they run a business, avoid at any cost.. :-/ I will be notifying AAA about this, meantime, seek a different towing company…
