Terrible.
I use to be a very loyal customer of La Nova. Although I had some bad experiences, with the people answering the phone, I let it go.
I had my final straw, I called and ordered, while being talked to very rudely and abrubtly. A friend was going to be picking up the pizza so I informed la nova phone person that I wanted to pay for it on the phone with credit card, she said "pay for it when you come in", i then explained to her that I didn't want the person picking it up to pay. SO I paid for it, MY MISTAKE. My friend went and picked it up, good thing I told her that I'd paid for it, because they demanded payment at the time of pick up as well !!! I ordered a plain cheese, they gave me peperoni, and then didn't even apologize for the mix up. They are blond bimbo's working there, I don't understand how hard they're job is. But as far as customer service, YOU SUCK LA NOVA !!
