DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. $1263.94 for a 40 gl. hot water tank is what they charge everyone . Do not get sucked into the $30.00 estimate charge when they " estimate" the same amount for every job! A fully installed 40 gl. tank costs apx $650.00 to $700.00. Stay far away from Cellino Plumbing. Do not pay double the going market rate for this job.

Great Company. I had an emergency and my plumber was busy. Ive passed this company on transit so i called them. Although i dont remember my plumbers name he was great. He cleaned up very nice and made sure i was satisfied with his work. I only gave them a 4/5 rating because the price was more than i am accustomed to. If you want a job well done and good service call these guys.

Great Work. I had used another company shortly before Cellino. Cellino was quicker to get to my house, gave me a better product with a warrenty, and explained to me what caused the problem and how to avoid further problems.

Wait till they show up! The price may also go up!. I'll start off with saying at least they didn't charge me to show up for what I'll call the re-estimate.

I got a great price for a job on the phone... I made sure to tell them EXACTLY what I needed done because I already knew what needed to be done. The quote they gave me was 1/2 of a compeptitor and they could be there same day.. Someone else who quoted a slightly lower price couldn't get there so I figured it would be worth the extra $25 to get it done today. I called off of work, and waited for them to show up.

Once they arrived the plumber nearly tripled the price (Now we were at $100 more than the very first estimate I got that I thought was outrageous). He said it was because no one described what needed to be done. I told him the person on the phone quoted me the price AND I told them that it was going to need a little extra work than the straight job.. "Oh well they didn't tell me that I would have never said I'd do it for $xxx. I even said I'd go $100 higher than the estimate to get it done... no dice. Sent them packing.

Cliff notes; Call someone else and save time or money.

Shop around. Do yourself a favor and call a couple other places. They charge insane amounts for simple jobs. I really don't see how they stay in business. Maybe by taking advantage of the elderly ?

"CROOKS". I Just found out that my sister-in-law, who lives in South Buffalo, on Parkview Ave., had these people put in a 40 gallon hot-water heater on 7/6/09. They charged her $926 including installation for a water heater you could buy at Home Depot for $350. PITIFUL!!!

If that's not bad enough, they charged her another $411.31 to extend the gas pipe approx. 10 feet. The materials for that probably cost them $20 and I'm sure that it did not take more than an hour. PITIFUL again.

$1373.58 TOTAL!!!! for a job that an honest plumber probably could have done for $650 and I'm sure he would have made money.

Christ!!!!!!, I'd do them all day for $1373.58. Two of them a week would make some nice spending money.

There is no doubt in my mind that they took advantage of her!!!
