I've been searching for a fireplace company that I can trust and get what I need at a good price. Fireplace Outlet gave me both. They gave me several options to choose from and were priced fairly. They did the job from start to finish and gave my fireplace a whole new look. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone.

awesome store and people. Got all my questions answered and in a way I understood. prices were more than reasonable. the installers was quick and efficient. My new fireplace looks beautiful and I couldnt be happier. Willl send everyone I know there

The Pits. could not even get a follow up phone call to confirm a quote for the job i wanted them to do. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. If there service is as bad after you make a purchase as it was when I was trying to get a quote, your in trouble, my recommendation run don't walk from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best place for a fireplace!. I recently purchased a fireplace from Fireplace Outlet, and found their service and knowledge to be outstanding. Their product is of excellent quality, and their custom work is unlike anything else I've seen. I am so pleased with the work they did at my house, I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Great in home service. I hired them to service my gas fireplace and wood burner. They did an excellent job, brought in drop cloths and i felt comfortable with them in my home.

Felt at home. The family atmosphere was very warm and comforting. More businesses should be run like the Fireplace Outlet.

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. When you are spending a few thousand dollars, you would hope people would appreciate you as a customer. The sales office is always understaffed, and I waited ten minutes in the store before even getting acknowledgment. We finally did get to speak the woman who owns/runs the shop, and she acted like I was burdening her with simple questions. Their file system is a dirty manila envelope, and their concern for their customers matches. I promptly left and have found better treatment at ALL of the many other options I stopped at. Make your own call but I guarantee you won't feel like you were treated anywhere near above average for the money you spend. If you are about to spend a thousand or two or three, wouldn't you want to feel like they want your business?
