Had a Gift Certificate from my husband for Affinity Salon in Kenmore- Unfortuneately I didnt notice the expiration date written on the back. It expired on 12/24/2012 and today is 01/17/2013. Yes, I should have noticed. I asked them to honor it and they told me no, so I lose. $50.00 down the drain. The sad part is that they could have earned a new client. Instead, they would prefer to cheat me out of my money. Doesn't anyone believe in customer service anymore? I will never go there.

first time amazing job friendly staff!!!. this was my first time at affinity salon, i wanted something different with my hair. every time i have gotten my hair done somewhere else it never looked right. i walked in one day to see about highlights and a cut i spoke with gina, she was very helpful!! two days later i went in and got my haircut by her, she does and amazing job!!! she's so friendly and nice!! i walked out loving my hair and knowing it was exactly how i expected it to be!! :) thank you gina!

Hot mess is back to Hot To Gina. My friend did my hair a few weeks a go and did a crappy job. I knew this would happen but I didnt know where to go. I found the salon through this sight and Im back to say I love my hair. My appointment was with Gina, she fixed my hair and got rid of that orangey color I had and made it more platinum blonde with lots of highights!. Im so glad I trust her to cut it too, It looks better than I wished for! Great hair and great company to be in, thanks Gina!

Fantastic Salon!!!. I love this salon, especially Katie who always does an outstanding job with my hair! I always receive compliments on my cut and color after a visit with her:) I would highly recommend Katie to anyone- she is simply fantastic!

You Should Go Here. OMG I am so pleased with this salon! My stylist Whitney is extremely talented! I just left the Salon and feel great with a fresh blonde color and perfect cut!

See Katie at Affinity!. I have been to Katie quite a few times, she puts color and highlights in my hair and it comes out exactly how I want it to look everytime. The haircut she gives me is AMAZING. She is really good at what she does! -Amy

great salon friendly staff. ive gone to whitney for a few years now and followed her when she went to affinity salon and spa, i couldnt have been more please with the enviornmet and the rest of the staff, they are all so very welcoming and friendly and of corse whitney is doing a great job as she always has :)

beautiful salon, best service i have ever had.. My hair salon that I usually go to is in Batavia (because my family lives there and i grew up there.) I now live in Kenmore to go to school at Buffalo State. I was scared to go to a different place, but I needed something closer. I called Affinity and they gave me an appointment last week with Katie. She was so nice and actually took the time to sit down with me and talk about how i wanted my hair. I got something different from what i usually get--hilights! We found a photo of what I wanted and my hair looks perfect, I am so happy with it. She did the best haircut i've EVER had. I have been telling everyone I know to go there. Thank you Katie!
