Would never consider this place again. Made an appointment for 4.30 PM. Got there right on time and was told to wait "10 minutes" for the previous job to be done. Sat in my car until 4.50 PM and noone came and told me anything. Went back inside to ask how much longer and the guy told me he doesn't know because he got screwed that day with some computer software or something. So I said "an hour? half hour?" he said I can't tell you how long and I ended up leaving. Could have called me before my appointment to tell me not to go out of my way because he couldn't take me in that day. I also had to leave work early to meet my appointment. So apparently appointments don't mean much and people who work here are very unprofessional with the way they talk to customers.

Best install around. me and a bunch of teamates went here for our systems and these guys hooked us up with high quality systems for way less then expected ,if your in for a loud ass system go to this guy ........ps thanks for taking care of the porsche guys

Best service in the area. I had some car starters done ,and they were great and cheapest prices in the area he also has top brands of car audio customer service superior

please note that this bussiness has moved to 3482 southwestern blvd orhard park ny 716-677-6489 tlc audio is not affiliated and is a scam !!!. Premier car audio has the best prices and service in the area you deal quality ,Iwould like to note they have moved to orchard park ny. thanks for the services
