horrible food! overpriced! popular only by word of mouth.
First off I'm not the kind of person who goes around writing reviews for restaurants. I'm too lazy for that kind of stuff. So you will understand how disgusted I was with this dhaba that I am taking the effort to register in this site and leave for others like you who are reading my review.
It was 'highly recommended' by a colleague of mine. This is how I'm guessing it became popular. But it is totally not worth it. We go in there, and there is a buffet. The host informs us that we can serve ourselves, and they will serve rotis and water at the table. There is 1 salad, 1 raitha, some 4 or 5 side dishes for the rotis and 1 chicken dish. None of them were good or even near delicious. Then the host asks us if we want to have mango lassis, which we thought was included in the menu. But it was not. They don't write the prices of the dishes anywhere! And they put suggestions up on the wall to try dishes which are not included in the buffet. Totally not worth it! It's not that I'm cheap and want low-priced meal. I'm willing to pay the money for a food that's worth it. And the way they deceive you is so cheap. I saw another bakra being sweet-talked and asked to recommend this place. Don't ever go there!!!!
pls avoid !!!!! they are there market indian food as bad and unhygenic.
the resturant is really bad!!!! i so sorry to write this. it is big time badddddddddd!!!!!
u will be really sorry if u try to eat. looks like they don't care, since the tourist won't visit them again for many years.pls pls don't waste your money. its not clean, bad food, very rude customer services etc etc the list is endless.
Horrible Food. Very unhygeinic, Rude Staff.
This is one of the few Indian restaurants in Niagara Falls. And this is the best of the WORST. They are all really bad. Including this one.
The all you can eat buffet has generic Indian dishes. However there is no taste and they believe only in quantity. The Chicken Makhani swam in a red colored sauce and oil. The salad was withered with age. The rice was half burnt because it was sitting on the steam table too long.
The cashier would not allow us at first to go inside and check the menu before we could eat.
Eating here was a big mistake. We took one bite and left it. Better to waste 9$ than suffer a bad stomach.
Their clientele is the large Indian tourist population who come to Niagara and want Indian food.
The restaurant had dirty floors and dirty tables. No one cleaned the tables when the guests vacated them.
I would strongly advise staying away and checking out some of the other chain restaurants like Outback and Red Lobster on Niagara Boulevard.
And mind you, this is what is described as the Best Indian restaurant in Niagara. What a sham !!
