Unreasonable Lines. Wondering why they can't figure out that if dozens of people are standing in line for 30 or 40 minutes at a "promotion" booth, that they're NOT spending money.

To have a major promotion, then have only 1 promotion booth open manned by 4 people makes NO sense.

I don't like unreasonable lines & will likely limit my gambling at this facility. (The ungoverned payouts are so low at times that it's not worth the drive to the Falls that often, anyway)

Best Birthday Vacation Ever!!!!. Living in Buffalo for past 7 years i have stayed at this hotel and visited the casino a number of times. It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at SweetHotelDeals.us They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Gorgeous Rooms and Top Notch Customer Service. The rooms in this hotel are absolutely out of this world! They are tastefully decorated and very clean. Room service is round the clock, or visit one of the many restaurants on property, including specialty eateries like La Cascata (Italian), Koi (Asian), Western Door Steak House (steak and seafood), Three Sisters Cafe (American) and the ever-popular Thunder Falls Buffet which offers a little bit of everything!
