Incredible Company. These people are amazing. I have never felt so good about getting my taxes done. They took the time to explain my questions and gave me lots of helpful hints for next year. After going to other tax services for the past 20+ years (including HRB, Jackson Hewitt, and EG) I would never go anywhere else. I thought their prices were very reasonable, especially in consideration of how much time the preparer spent helping me understand some things nobody else could ever make me understand. Over the summer when I had some questions one of the employees spent 45 minutes with me making sure I was on track for a refund. When I asked her how much I owed her for her time she said "I am glad you are our customer and I'm happy to help any time." I am actually looking forward to this coming tax season!
