I am the manager here at Plum Pudding and am just seeing this post. We pride ourselves on customer service and I am sorry if this person received poor service.

Awful customer service. I was disgusted by the treatment I received from an elderly woman working this shop. I purchased a gold chain link necklace and attempted to wear it within a couple days of my purchase. But, the chain links were thin and apparently a cheap material, causing one link to snap off while trying to hook it around my neck for the first time! I took it back to the store, and the elderly woman refused to issue me a refund. She accused me of wearing it and that "someone must have pulled it off" my neck. I tried pleading with her, but had no luck. Heaven forbid I buy merchandise that breaks and the staff/owner accuses me of being wreckless! How dare she! I wouldn't recommend this boutique to anyone!
