Educate yourselves. Don't be so average.. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I HAVE NEVER HAD BETTER SERVICE THAN THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED AT GENTLE DENTISTRY.

The staff are knowledgable and sincere, the doctors truly are gentle and really, really good...and I just love my hygienist! Thanks guys!

Dr. Glassbrenner is the most professional dentist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She explained everything I needed in great detail as well as gave me a fair treatment estimate as well as finance options that met my individual needs. She really knows her stuff. Her staff is kind and professional, her office is immaculate and state-of the art and the work I had done there has made me pain free. I've recommend Dr. Glassbrenner to all my friends and professional colleagues. She's terrific!

Do not go here. The Lancaster office drilled my tooth for a filling, then when it was open and I was helpless in the chair told me I needed a root canal. A few weeks later as I was getting ANOTHER tooth drilled for a filling they did the exact same thing. This time I refused the root canal, and insisted that they fill it, which the dentist (Dr. Jaime Portalatin) reluctantly did. One year later the filling cracked and fell out. I went to a different dentist, who claimed the filling crack because it was done improperly and couldn't bond to the tooth. Also the cavity was not deep and never needed a root canal. Beware. This place is unethical and should close down.

Look Out !. I am writing this for my wife. In ' 08 she had pain in her lower teeth and saw an ad for "Free X-rays ". She went to this company had x-rays and was told her pain would be fixed. She had a cavity and a crown and the work was done for $ 1200.00. The pain never went away. In ' 11 she went to another Dentist and x-rays showed that she had an abscess in that same tooth ,and the work gentle dentistry did didn't show on the x-ray -(plastic) which he pulled and showed her the root of that tooth was soft which meant it was abscessed when they crowned it. Guess what, no more pain

Don't do it. Don't believe the great reviews - google as many dentists offices as you want, I don't believe you'll find as much bad press as there is about THIS one. I am one of the "ex-patients" who will not go back there. Over the course of 2 years I must have seen at least 5 DIFFERENT dentists there, the turnover is ridiculous. One crowns was installed badly or maybe sized poorly, resulting in jaw pain that lasted for months, my insurance company charged for work that was not done, multiple complaints to BBB to resolve. My first impression there was like visiting a car dealership, and I should have listened to my instincts and left. Because I was in need of treatment, I signed up for the over $2000 in treatment they insisted I needed to have performed. I am just glad to be done with the place.

Total SCAM. This has got to be one of the WORST places of business...!!!! Total DENTAL Insurance SCAM! It's hard to believe it is right here in Buffalo and we are letting this business get away with it. We have tried to contact Dr. Glassbrenner on several attempts. However she chooses not to respond. There have been tons of complaints to the BBB, and to several NEWS stations here in Buffalo. They all tell us they receive at least ten calls a month, complaining about this business and the SCAM they are doing on clients. Finally one insurance company will not do any business with them. We recieved a confirmation letter from them today. (DELTA DENTAL) Thank goodness one company sees a scam and does something about it. It's actually amazing how Dr. Glassbrenner cannot be found for any comment even up until now. We are determined to make everyone know what a scam they are. Dr. Glassbrenner needs to learn some public relations 101 so this problem does not continue and really hear what her patients are going through at HER office, instead of being behind the scenes and collecting the paychecks...

Gentle Dentistry. Gentle Dentistry has been my dentist for a while now and I have to say that I would never go back to my old dentist. They are so much more efficient, professional and technologically advanced. Honestly, all of my visits to Gentle have been friendly, professional and fast.

I really feel that I am getting the most for my money--for someone on a budget, like myself, that's something to smile about.

Gentle Dentistry is for everyone.. I was wonderfully suprised when I walked in and was able to get an appointment the same day. Every staff member that I met was friendly, polite, and caring about what my dental needs were. While I was nervous about a couple things, they reassured me. I am thankful to have been helped with how awful my mouth pain is and I would recommend this dentistry to everyone.

A lovely Experience. I have been very impressed with the way that everyone has treated me during my dental visits. I have had very minimal discomfort. The dentist Dr. Plumb has been quick to ask me if I am feeling any pain, which I didn't. The new technology is amazing. I liked seeing the picture on the computer screen. I've been very pleased with all the helpful and cheerful staff.
