Rose Czyrny is truly a master!. Rose's extensive training and knowledge of the body abd spirit, the beautiful flow of her asanas and mastery of Yoga make one terrific class. Last year I injured my hamstring, came to a group class- told her what happened and during the class she did a few asanas to help the injuryy. I could not believe the difference it made. She is truly a healer and can personalize the classes for each one of her participants. During the class she did acu-yoga shich helped another Yogini's sinus congestion. She talked about different body parts and how they are related to our emtions. The knees are connected to the ego, or how the heart holds trauma and working the heart chakra releases these traumas we hold (she says during the class). She is the best!…

beautiful class, facility. I participated in Rose's Power/Ashtanga class and got a complete work out with the meditation and chakra toning at the end of the class! I drove from Amherst to particpate and will make the drive often!…
