Name Change. This is now Poppy's Sip-n-Dips. Painted like a cow with touches of pink it is hard to miss this little shop with great ice cream treats in the parking lot of Save-a-lot and Tractor Farm Supply. The little place has a great assortment of ice cream and does most of the products you'd expect from a full size ice cream shop.
