best spa in western new york. I have to tell you all to try a little piece of paradise at spa at falling waters. I have been to spas all over the country and honestly this one is amazing from the moment you walk in you feel relaxed. The staff is soo professional and friendly. The customer service is exceptional and the surroundings are beautiful. I was suprised to find that they have a salon in there as well and after spending a day at the spa i tried their hair stylists and was equally as happy. It is one of those places that you have to see and experience in order to believe soo do your self a favor and check it out.
