Good looking food and service, may take time but is worth it. Not as good as picasso's, but good enough for being close to my house with the best food, and the eyecandy behind the counter is not bad either. So all and all it's the best food in the area 2nd on my list from picasso's and the only thing to complain about is fast service which is fairly normal being how bussy they are or can get so if it takes too long for good food in the area go some where else!…

Excellent Food but Service is Declining. Best subs in town --- Big homemade rolls and lot of meat. More expensive than a regular sub, but well worth it. Also, best fries in the country (ask them to do them dark so they are not soft). We order from them at least once a week. Usually are completely satisfied. But agree that when the owner is not there, orders can get screwed up (our last two deliveries were wrong, but to their credit, they fixed it in record time). Owner is EXTREMELY personable and customer-oriented. They have the best food in the area; just need to hire or train a little better.…
Should Be Ashamed. EMBARRASSING!!!! This place about a year ago was outstanding. Easily the best chicken finger sub in WNY. Take it from someone who lives 2 streets away and used to frequent it weekly. Unfortunately the owner has decided to cheap out and hire an entire staff of bubbly 16 year old girls who are more concerned with trying to hide their texting behind the counter than anything regarding customer service (naturally) Recently I went in with my mother for dinner and i could not regret it more. There was 4 customers in the entire restaurant and it took them over a half hour to make 2 half hot subs (one whole sub lol) and when they were FINALLY served to us they were COLDER than room temp!! How is that possible? i have no idea cause ill never go there again. The owner should be embarrassed and honestly this is not my first negative experience with LT's. All i want is for it to go back to the quality that it used to be. But that"ll probably never happen unless educated customers decide to say enough is enough!!…
