recent contractor. well to all that are having trouble with wny prop.. As a recent contractor for wny property.... All i want to say is some of you people r just looking for an excuse and the rest.. CALL YOUR LOCAL INSPECTOR to come and see the house. Thats the only way u will get thru to them.....Yes they do ignore calls they do not fix homes on a timley basis, they dont even pay their contractor without giving them a hard time.. I ended up eating cost on fixing tenants homes...Jim is still new to company 18 months in and still has no idea whats going on and KATHY well we all have the same feeling about her.. This is a very terrible experience for me. I am a current tenant of this rental managment co. I hate to say that i am trapped in this mess . They are very UNPROFESSIONAL i call for things to get
fixed, and they dont. . Have had to call the board of health on them as well. They dont make repairs , or answer calls , let alone call u back.
I am currently trapped because i lost my job and have very little income at this time for security deposit & moving expensises.
Today is the first day i looked them up i am so sorry i didnt do this before i moved in. When i called for the house that i rent now i , I actually thought they were professional but god was i wrong. I have asked to speak with kathy several times and have not been able to speak with her since i met with her to sign the lease and get the keys. I WISH TO GOD THAT I COULD MOVE RIGHT NOW so to anyone looking to rent through them : I AM TELLING U TO RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE. Please u will regret it : U HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!
RENT IS CHARGED A$ 50 LATE FEE . WHEN U NOT EVEN LATE.
THEY TELL U RENT IS NOT PAYED EVEN WHEN U SEND IN A RENT CHECK.
THEY ARE ALWAYS QUICK TO SEND AN EVICTION .
I TOTALLY AGREE WITH ALL THE VIEWS BEFORE MINE.
I Wanted to write a review to tell people and to warn them before they end up in the same situation as me. I wouldnt wish the harassment and hard times ive had from renting from them on anyone :(
HOPEFULLY I WONT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS MUCH LONGER . I wish i could talk to the actual owner of the house and let them know they arent taking care of the property like they are supposed to be. All i know is that the actual owner lives out of town . I hope people see this before renting from them , I WISH I HAD

All i can say Is "Very Unprofessional". This business is a joke for these employees of WNY property management.THEY NEVER RETURN TENANTS PHONECALLS,NEVER COME TO THE RESIDENCE TO DO ANY REPAIRS,AND THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO HARASS TENENTS FOR RENT THEY HAVE ALREADY RECIEVED AND CASHED.I am positive someone at that office is cashing these money orders then stealing tenants money, logical to me. Also the lawn care is horrible at these residences,they hire their next door neighbor to do the job. I wish I wish i could speak to the ACTUAL OWNER face to face i'm so sure he would not like to know how his property is being managed.…
