I had bought my tiara for my wedding at Dyed to Match, they told me i could have it adjusted at Buffalo Jewelers on Evans and so i took it here for them to shape it to my head.... they did it at no charge! very friendly! While i was here, they checked my rings, and cleaned them too! so when i wanted to sell my old gold to pay for my wedding... i went to 4 places with a bunch of pieces .. (the chicken guy offered me the only $350) and i got over $1000 cash here! Very friendly! James is so paitent and understanding. ( i was feeling nostalgic giving up old jewelry like school rings and stuff)

A great experience in jewelry shopping. I was very pleased with the service I received at Buffalo Wholesale Jewelers. The owners of the store took the time to work with me to create the perfect setting to remount my diamond. They listened when I told them what I was looking for and then made suggestions while working within an agreed price range and I am very happy with the results!

SOLD ME A FAKE STONE. TERRIBLE. Sold me a fake gemstone for the price of a real one. When i tried to return it, they refused a refund. Offered to replace the stone, but not with the proper type of gem. NEVER APOLOGIZED. Also yelled at me for not wanting to accept the inferior 'replacement.' Horrible customer service. Rude, obnoxious and DISHONEST.
