Just picked up my beautiful pendant and ring from Barbara. I could not have been happier with both the jewelry and the service. It is very rare these days to receive the kind of attention to detail and service that she provides. I would recommend Barbara Oliver to all my friends and family for their jewelry purchases. She also has very different pieces for those who want to have something very special not found at "chain" jewelers. Thanks again Barbara!!!

My Fiancee's Dream Engagement Ring. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Barbara and her staff. I sat down with her on multiple occassions looking over different stones and settings before I settled on the perfect engagement ring. Barbara treated me like a friend rather than a customer: I was very comfortable throughout the whole experience and got an amazing deal. My fiancee lights up every time she looks at her finger and her friends cannot stop talking about the ring (and it's been on her finger 4 months!). Barbara is my jeweler for life.

A Gem of a Jeweler. I recently engaged Barbara to custom design two pieces of fine jewelry for me. Barbara was a joy to work with. I cannot say enough about her expert skills, her integrity, and her warm sense of humor. And the finished pieces are perfect! I look forward to going back soon.

Barbara is Amazing!. I needed to have my Mom's estate diamond jewelry appraised and my sister, in North Carolina, found Barbara's Company online. It was such a pleasant experience. As I watched, she was so thorough with her examination and evaluation of each piece. I have no experience with this and she VERY patiently explained each detail to me. Her charge to do this was so reasonable. In addition, her store has very unusual items for sale. It was such a relaxing and fruitful experience!

SO GLAD I CAME TO BARBARA'S SHOP. I searched Williamsville jewelers on Google and Barbara's name came up first so I called her. She hadn't opened for the day (it was before 10am) but called me back at 9:35 to follow up. She wanted my business and treated me like a real person. I was looking specifically for a pewter baby cup that could be engraved. She said absolutely she would help me and invited me in that very day. I have a two year old little boy and Barbara welcomed him too. She gave me perfect directions for parking and we found her store easily. She acted like she'd known us for years even though we are new to the Amherst area. Choosing the cup was a cinch and when it arrived 5 days later it was absolutely perfect. This isn't what she normally does; original jewelry designs and diamonds seem to be her forte. However while we were there ordering the cup, she cleaned, inspected, and dipped my wedding rings complimentary. I will go back to her someday to leave them for resetting and appraisal. She is absolutely our new family jeweler while we live in Buffalo. I am so happy I didn't spend any more time at the mall (gasp) or walking down Main Street aimlessly. Thanks Barbara! Baby Nathaniel will love his cup for the rest of his life.

The only Jeweler in the area!. After days of shopping at the "big chain" jewelry stores with no results, walking in to Barbara's shop was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable, as if I was an old friend of Barbara's. Bottom line: Barbara treats you like an actual human being and isn't out to empty your pockets. She's out to educate, and get you the best piece of jewlery for your money. Barbara will be your jeweler for life!

Amazing!. Barbara operates her own shop, but do not be deceived by her small shop size. She always has something my wife loves. She has also handled a number of repairs for us over the years - she is honest, fair and reasonable, but most of all provides excellent service.

We will never go to anyone else!. I had the pleasure of meeting Barbara through my husband as he considers her his "personal jeweler" and now I know why.

Barb is knowledgeable, honest, fair and willing to bend over backwards for customer satisfaction! Recently, we designed a wedding band to fit my unique engagement ring and after she approved the final product as perfect she assisted my husband to have the ring fed ex'd to Arkansas overnight where we were on vacation so I could have the ring as a birthday gift.

The items Barb has are hand picked by her and unique so you know that you will not see your jewelry on someone else. Her pieces are as special as she is! We love her and will NEVER go anywhere else.

Just an outstanding experience. As a guy, I am as out of my element as possible with anything to do with jewelery. Everyone was so incredibly nice, honest, and educational.

If you're looking on-line for rings, STOP. Go talk to Barbara and REALLY learn what to look for, and let her show you the way.

I went in for an appraisal, and left feeling thankful that at least people like Barbara are out there doing things the right way!!! I can't say enough about my experience

The rings are amazing! Jerry & I couldn't be more pleased. You treated us like "one of the family". Your TLC & wonderful talents only made our experience even better....everyone agrees they've never seen a more beautiful opal - or ring design!
