I joined BAC for women over the summer with a personal trainer. She has helped me to achieve my goals and has also become a friend. BAC is a friendly and clean atmosphere along with feeling comfortable to work out. I would def recommend this gym to anyone!

I have been working out at the BAC for 4 years and have seen incredible results. I have not only lost over 40 lbs. but I can also run consistently for 30 minutes. I am even signed up to run the Turkey Trot this year. Four years ago I would never have imagined myself where I am today. Thanks to the motivation and commitment of the staff at The BAC!!!!!!

Wonderful health club!. If you've never used this facility you're missing out! Knowledgable and helpful staff, and exciting classes. I just started personal training with Anne and she is fabulous!

Love it here!. I recently joined this club and referred 2 family members, as well. They had a great promotion going on that allowed me to save a ton of money off of my enrollment! It was definitely worth it...everyone is great here!

Very clean.. I came to the BAC inquiring about a promotion that was going on. I was very surprised at how clean the facility was compared to other gyms in the area. I feel very comfortable working out here on a daily basis..and the staff is pretty nice, too.

I got in shape at the BAC!. I'll admit, before I joined the BAC I shopped around. After 1 year as a current member, the BAC definitely beats out the competition! There are so many classes and the cardio and weight floor is very spacious. I'd never thought a gym would have so much to offer. I'd never workout anywhere else :)

Great club. Great club! I have recommended it to my friends, co-workers and family. I enjoy the amount of classes they offer and the equipment is great too.
