Don't go there!! Valet lost my car and keys. I went there once for food which took forever, and it wasn't even good. yuck. I went there a few other times to meet my friends for drinks and listen to a band on the patio. It's got a nice outdoor patio, which draws the social crowds. The LAST time I went there, the VALET LOST MY CAR KEYS!!!. They where afraid to tell me, so they waited until all my friends had left. It was 1am and I had no car, and no friends to give me a ride home. There was a sweet man I had met who drove me to my sisters house, since that was the closest location to the restaurant. The next day I went back to talk with the manager. No keys, no help, no car, and no compensation. He gave me the number of valet company and said I should take up my problem with them. I had to drive around the neighborhood to find where the valet parked my car....it was a block away in a business parking lot, in the middle of the driveway. I then had to get the mechanic from Honda to help me get my car started as I had to bypass the security system to start my car with my spare key. After several conversations with the valet company, and the restaurant, I received nothing but nasty remarks and accusations of trying to scam them out of money. Don't go there!
We were surprised to hear of your experience, the last time we have been aware of a problem regarding valet, was 2008. At that time, we took the following steps: We immediately hired a new valet company, in response. We paid for the replacement of the lost keys. And we gave formal apologies, while also giving the patron gift cards, and offering to provide transportation.

Fun Indoor Golf.
First of all, I have to disclose that I am not an avid golf player...or a golf player at all. That said, this place has fun simulated golf games. You get actual clubs and balls (or you can bring your own) and a small area or private room to practice your swing. My husband likes golf, so on occasion we have found ourselves here when the weather is bad or it's late. I do not take my golfing too seriously, he gets to practice and we have a fun date. The whole time you are golfing you have a server; if you have a private room you just flick a switch to call 'em in if you need anything.
We really like the Asian Nachos- pulled pork, pineapple, cheese, fried wontons- you can't go wrong.
Another nice thing- the VIP Club- free entree on your birthday and other promos. It's worth signing up for even if you only come here occasionally.
yum!.
I finally made it out to Frog Hair. I had been hearing about it for a while now, and was skeptical because of it's location on the busy Transit Road, in Amherst. I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was.
We sat on the patio on a Wednesday evening. (After taking advantage of buy one get one margaritas at the bar). I hadn't looked into eating there much, so I didn't realize there was going to be live music either, which was pretty fun.
Although it would have been much different if the weather hadn't been so nice, we had a great time. We only waited long enough for one drink, then our table was ready.
Our server, Brandon, was knowledgeable and friendly, and all of us were pleased with our food. The menu was extensive, I'm sure anyone would be able to find something they would enjoy.
I will be back again soon to hang out at the outdoor bar, or to sit around the fire pit!
Plan on waiting...a lonnnnng time. After dining at Frog Hair, I will never dine there again, or will I tell my friends and familt to visit, along with clients. I was with my husband and one other friend and agreed to go to Frog Hair for the first time this summer on the patio. We arrived at 6:00pm and were told that is was going to be 10 minutes and to go to the bar, which we did. After 20 minutes of standing there with a barmaid in her 40's flirting openly with my husband (which we laughed about, as seemed to crave attention, desperate) we were seated. Our server seemed miserable and not wanting to be there, actually looking around at all the staff they seemed miserable, but we seem to have been given the most unhappy. We told here to smile and she just gave us a dirty look back, we really were trying to get her to be or seem happy. Well, 10 minutes after our drink order arrived, we were ready to eat. Our busser brought us over water and bread after our drinks were placed down (unusual). The bread pretzel rolls were stale, but at this point I would eat anything. We finally got our order in for dinner, and as we were waiting there were 2 managers running around yelling at every server. Well, this answered the moral question. To make a long story short, the food took 35 minutes, and it was lackluster at best. Overpriced. Service was the worst I have seen in a long time at a restaurant. Frog Hair better thank goodness they have a patio, because that will be there draw, not the food or service. And someone give Sara a happy pill.
