Amazing Experience. Had a wonderful experience last week at the Stillwater where I had dinner. The food was excellent and I very much enjoyed the live jazz music. We had not expected the live band, but it was a pleasant surprise. The manager even stopped by to welcome us, and he explained that the live music is something new that they will be doing every night moving forward. I'll definitely be back soon...

Fantastic Food, Ambience, Ambience, Ambience, and Service!. We went last night for dinner at the Stillwater, a Saturday night. The only problem we had, which wasn't really a problem, is that they didn't have our reservation. We went early, though, so it didn't matter. They seated us, then did have to move us, since the table they put us at was reserved. Other than that, the experience was fantastic! There were four of us in the party. They had a great wine list for our taste. The appetizer (artichoke) was fantastic. One in our party was vegetarian and she did order the artichoke dinner, which was similar to the appetizer and reportedly very good. I had the stuffed scallops, which were the largest I'd ever seen and very tender. Yummy! My husband had the NY strip, perfectly prepared and with a very tasty sauce - not overbearing, just right. The final order was the lobster and shrimp pasta dish, which also was very good (and colorful!). We ordered a crem brule for the table which was also very good. The coffee was superb. What I couldn't get over, however, was the atmosphere. This place is just gorgeous! The ceiling in the central area has lit up stars scattered over it. The walls are made to look like neighborhood buildings. It reminded me of that indoor neighborhood place in Vegas. It was beautiful! After dinner, we went to the bar and sat at a table there. It is a nice bar with a sophisticated but youthful air. A blues band was playing (live) that was excellent, although a bit loud if you are there for conversation. Overall, just a great experience! We will definitely go back! We learned about the Stillwater on Restaurant(dot)com. They honored our $25 certificate - it bought our bottle of wine! The bill was about $200 for four with wine, appetizers, and dessert - really great for the quality and experience. An entire evening and night of entertainment!
