I called into Woodcutter AND discussed issues with them in person. They didn't listen to a word I said. They replaced parts that were already fixed and CHARGED me for it! Not only that but when I had gone back for a second time to have an issue resolved they seemed annoyed and I felt completely disrespected. I am not even going to play the woman card here even though they made a comment to my husband that I didn't know what I was talking about. I would not give them my business again. I would also not send anyone I know there. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

re: green zone, did you try and resolve your issues with them or did you just come on here and slam them on a website they probably don't even know about. I hate when people just try and spread negative rep about companies without trying to work things out first. I know the owners there and they highly emphasize quality service, and seriously doubt they wouldn't try to make things right within reason.

I have been shopping at Woodcutters for years now buying both Stihl and Husqvarna products from them and have never had a bad experience. I have found the people there to be quite knowledgable and helpful.

Don't hesitate to bring your business to them I sure don't!!

Wouldn't send my worst enemy to this company. Not only did they replace parts that were already new AND charge me for them. I also had to go there twice to get to cutting wood again. Also when I tried to talk to the cranky bald man about getting a quote only, he "yaya"d me...THEN they fixed it and charged me without my permission. TERRIBLE, SHADY, and disrespectful to my wife also. They blamed her saying she didnt tell them to call before the repair. If you need anything having to do with saws or service. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. They will rip you off!

Extremely knowledgeable and courteous people. I am a new customer having spent over $1000.00 over the last year. Everyone that I have dealt with knows their stuff. I always learn something. I never leave empty handed. I am always pleased with the tools; my work has gotten easier. I couldn't ask for much more.

Excellent People. The other person must be looking for something for nothing. I've been to the others and these guys are the best in the business.

GREAT PLACE. Obviously the person who left the other review was disgruntled about something. I have always had great experiences when shopping at woodcutters.

I would reccomend it to others.

this company is a bunch of jerks. i strongly recommend avoiding this company. they are unscrupulous, shady, disrespectful. If you can find the same products anywhere else... do it.
