Rude and not great, at least for hightlights!!!. Don't waste your money, go to another BETTER salon. I had a bad experience and the owner called me not wanting to make it right, instead was insulting and downright rude. I can't believe this place is in business!!! Go elsewhere! Unless you want a sub-par job and to be treated poorly if you question ANYTHING! D-
