Awesome Job!. My sump pump had broken; the backup water system was running non-stop; and the backyard faucet was leaking. Two other plumbers cancelled my appointments! Roto rooter made the appointment immediately and came to the house within hours! The technician (Kerry #380) quickly fixed all the plumbing problems. He was neat, courteous and I felt comfortable having him in the house. I would reccommend this technician and company to anyone in the area!

No extra charge for Holidays and 24 hour service. My sewer line clogged up the night before thanksgiving and when I first found the problem I was very upset and scared of how much it would cost me to fix. I called roto-rooter and they said it would be a free visit to assess the problem and tell me how much it would cost. it did take them about 6 hours to get here after that but they kept me in the loop which was fine because I had errands to run anyways to get the turkey ready! When they did get here, the tech. let me use my coupon even though my printer was also having difficulties and so far now two days later the problem has been fixed. Not how I wanted to spend $218 for "Black Friday" but, the problem is solved.

Drain Cleaning. Problem was on the weekend 6/17/11 . Called and he was here in less then two hours.

Did a great job and was friendly. I will use them again and refer to my friends

Roto-Rooter Service 9/3/10. My husband called Roto-Rooter at 6:00 AM today informing them of a sewer problem with water back-up in our basement. They said someone would be out between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. that day. True to their word, they called at 7:45 am to let me know a service tech was on the way. Jason arrived shortly after and promptly diagnosed the problem giving me an estimate. He was able to clear the blockage with minimal mess to the basement. What water was discharged in the basement, he cleaned up with a shop vac. His prompt, professional service was appreciated and he very clearly explained the six month guarantee and the follow up visit that will take place in a few days to guarantee the line is definitely clear. I was very satisifed with the quick efficient service provided.

BEST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER. Roto Rooter is the best…..my basement plugged up and the water was knee high. I called in the morning and they came out that same day. I was so happy to get the problem fixed. My bad news was my outside pipe was broken; it now cost $3500.00 to fix. I did not have that money, The Roto Rooter guy stay outside on his phone for over an hour trying to get me approve for the money with Wells Fargo. The smile on my face was priceless, because I knew my credit was bad. They came the next day to do the job, upon fixing the problem they came into some more problems, they tried to get my limit to go up but it could not…I thought they would stop working but .. the BEST THING HAPPENED one of the boss from Roto Rooter stopped by and told me I can pay the difference to them… i could not believe they would do this for me….now I have my pipe fix and time to make the money…Thank you Roto Rooter with all the trouble I have been having, I thank you for being human with me and not just another company.
