fast and thorough plumbers. When I flushed the toilet, I heard a waterfall sound in the basement. When I got down there everything from the toilet was coming out where the washer water drains into. I needed it fixed fast since my house is for sale and we had potential buyers coming in a few hours. I explained this when I called and the technician arrived shortly. He did an excellent job in a timely fashion and explained everything very clearly. He made me aware of the guarantee offered as well as how to use preventative maintenence. An excellent job overall.
