Chez Ann in the City <3<3<3.
I've always hand an awesome experience at Chez Ann in the City.
Erin, is an amazing stylist and has worked miracles for my hair (literally, when I first went to her my hair was a mess.) Even now, if I'm behind on my appointment, I'm getting compliments on my hair -- She's brilliant! In fact, I don't think you can go wrong with any stylist there -- I always see people walking out with a smile on their face! The staff are super friendly, and very knowledgable, and can answer any questions you have :) They have great product lines, Bumble & Bumble and my favorite: Surface <3
best salon ever!!.
this is the best salon in Buffalo!!! the salon is always clean and the stylists are super friendly and very talented. I wouldn't let any place else touch my hair! my stylist always gives me exactly what I want while keeping my hair healthy and beautiful.
the salon also carries the best products and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with what they sell. their recommendations are always on point with what i need!
I always look forward to getting my hair done at Chez Ann!!
Awful experience. It's been one year since I had my hair chopped and dyed pink, yes pink, highlights at Chez Ann (I didn't realize they would look pink, but it really did. It was an awful experience). I heard they were good too, but I have never been to the Williamsville location. My recommendation would be to stay in Williamsville and not try the Delaware location. Number one, the pink highlights actually left pink dye on my pillow cases and towels. I couldn't believe it. How cheap is that product? I can use Loreal, and the dye does not come out on my pillow cases, and that's from a drug store. Then she cut my hair too short and it looked terrible on me. It was not what I wanted, and it is not what looked good on me, and I think a good salon should do more than chop hair; they should be able to recommend something complimentary. Then when I was leaving I wanted to buy bumble and bumble products and instead, up comes my helpful hair -chopper and she suggests this other product, Gold something or other. I took her recommendation again and I was dead wrong again to have trusted her. The product she recommended smelled bad and was not all that great as a shampoo. I threw it out and I returned to using my Matrix and my Frederik Fekkai products, and I stay away from Buffalo salons now. And my hair has grown back, thank you God! If this is Buffalo's best, I'd hate to see the worst.
