BRAVO PIZZA & GRILL

Unbelievably BAD. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST RESTAURANT IN WESTERN NEW YORK. I have never had a worse dining experience in my entire life, and I have had better food from a bowling alley..I recently received a coupon that was paid for, similar to groupon for $8 for $15 worth of food. On the coupon, the only restrictions listed were that it does not cover alcoholic beverages. When I get there, the original server doesn't know what to do about the coupon and doesn't even sit me down. Then when I begin to order the completely rude owner of the restaurant tells my friend and me that the coupon can only be used for pasta. This makes absolutely no sense. So whatever, I figured I didn't pay much for the coupon so we just ordered pasta.

The sauce on the pasta was already curdling. The fat had started to separate and the sauce wasn't even. They did not have any parmesean cheese for me to put on it either. They had used fettuccine that was cut into small pieces and tasted worse than barilla. The pasta was overcooked and was just basically mush in my mouth. My friend's dish wasn't much different. I couldn't take it so I figured I would bring the rest home for my roommate who will eat anything. When I asked for a box the owner said she wouldn't give it to me because I used a coupon. Within 20 minutes of eating here I had to rush home to go to the bathroom.

In all this is literally the worst place I have ever been to. Everything from the ambiance, to the service, to the location, to the menu, to the food, is just straight horrid. The pizza looked like cardboard and the place was filthy on top of that. There was fake brick on one of the walls and the other walls were painted different colors. THIS PLACE IS UTTERLY PATHETIC. It is almost humorous to believe how bad it is. I don't understand how places like this stay open...I'm upset that I have to put at least one star on this review. STEER CLEAR.…
