Went to the dealership because I saw an ad in the newspaper for a low price. My first question was "What's the catch". There was none. We leased a new Cadillac for what I was expecting to pay for a 3 year old vehicle. we received a good price for our trade in and bought the car. Fast, easy and friendly.
We have purchased many cars in our lives, 99% of them being a Ford product, so going into a GM dealer was a new experience for us. Our sales rep, Drew Appleby, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We have never met someone who knew so much about the product he is selling. In fact, after buying our Cadillac SRX, he sat with us for a very long time explaining each feature and how to use it. Drew really made our car experience pleasurable and we would come back to him for our next car purchase.
Treated like gold. Geoff was referred to me by a friend and I dont know if thats why, but I was treated like gold. I have a feeling all his customers feel like that. Honestly, it was a refreshing experience, dare I say....fun!!!

Love that Jim Ball Service!!. I just have to say how great it was today to need an oil change that was over due and to be greeted very nice and able to get it done fast. Tom also sugested I get my tires rotated and so I did love that Jim ball service!

very impressed. I had a wonderful experience with the JIm Ball Dealership when it was time to look for a new lease. My salesman was Jeff Vedder who was wonderful and had the patience of a saint. Jeff was very friendly, listened to my needs and wants, and knowledgeable of the vehicles and the lease programs. When it was time to pick up my 2011 Caldillac SRX, Jeff was off that day, but offered to come in anyway. It turned out that Andrew was kind enough to assist Jeff with the delivery of my vehicle. I was very impressed with Andrew s knowledge of the SRX and reassured me I didn t need to fear driving the FWD SRX in the winter. I also wanted to give special thanks to Mr. Ball and the finance men (sorry could not remember their names) for how hard they worked on making this deal work for me. I truly walked out of the dealership feeling I was special. Everyone worked together as a team. So a special Thank You to everyone at Jim Ball for assisitng me in leasing the car of my dreams! You guys ROCK!!!!
