Great food and coffee, but.... This is a very busy Tim's (what Tim's isn't, right?), especially on weekends, of course. I like Tim Horton's and their products are very good, but often the staff seem very discombobulated and disorganized - I've even been waited on by a counterperson who when I asked for an item, didn't know what I was talking about, until I pointed it out on the sign. I often also get the wrong food. I've noticed it at other locations also. It just seems like they don't do a very good job of training their employees. The managment are nice and on the ball, but the counterstaff usually isn't.
