Best WNY catering. We used Joseph's catering in August for my daughter's wedding. The food was fabulous, especially the sliced turkey and the salad was so fresh. The employees couldn't of been more friendly and helpful. The ice cream was the best we ever had. Each time we called to ask a question or change something it was no trouble at all, and the staff was very knowledgeable with many things we forgot about.
