The true Lancer Court. I have lived here for over 3 years. The first 2 were well maintained. Now due to a change in management things are bad and getting worse.

I had to wait over 6 week, during some of the hotest weather to get an air conditioner.

There are rodants as big as a small cats running around every night, when the management was asked why this was happening, they said it was because people were not cleanig up the dog waste. Well I hate to inform them but rodents don't eat dog watse, it's because the garbage every where.

There is a pool but it is only open when THEY decide it should be.

Today we were notified that they are changing the locks on the outside doors and if we want to get in, we have to pay $30 for each key, they try to make it less stressfuf by telling us that the money is refundable. Well what if you need 2 or more keys and you don't have the money. Are you locked out, I don't think so, I think I'll just call the manager to come unlock the door for me. Or better yet, I will deduct it from my next months rent.

They advertise wood floors. Well that not exactly true, that is only if you move into an apartment where the carpet is in such bad shape they have no choice to remove it.

When things break you can expect to wait several weeks.

Every apartment was suppose to get GFI plugs in the bathroom and the kitchen, well I am still waiting on mine. I guess it's time to call the village of Depew and see what they have to say.

I guess Buffalo Managment is now in the the Slum Lord business, not in making a nice

apartment community for people who need it. Every year they raise the rent even higher then before.

SHAME ON YOU LANCER COURT AND BUFFALO MANAGMENT, YOU HAVE SUCCEDED IN TURNING A NICE LITTLE COMMUNITY INTO A DUMP .
