Unreliable stylists;poor customer service

I asked for a particular hairstyle, but did not receive anything even CLOSE! Was different from what I showed a pic of, including WAY too short! While there, I witnessed a man come in with beautiful longish hair and the stylist cut it way too short! I can say this because I HEARD him say something along the lines of "just a trim". I think he was disappointed! (I bet his wife was too!)
