The BEST place to board!!

Our dog, Maddie, is one of the most energetic dogs we’ve ever had, so when we were planning our vacation I was skeptical of leaving her with just anyone. I was afraid that because she is so active, cooping her up for a week would make her think that she was being punished. Before leaving, I tried to reassure her as much as I could that she wasn’t doing anything wrong, assuming that she would be caged for the entirety of our trip. Upon our return, much to my surprise, we learned that Maddie spent the entire week following around the owners; “helping” them with their daily duties and meeting several new friends. The workers at the Kennel have a true knack for animals, which we learned when they gave us a tour of the lobby. They are able to handle anything from turtles to ferrets to chickens with the same amount of love that we offer our own pets. Maddie bonded with the owners though out the course of that week and, although she was happy to see us, we were almost unable to get her into the car because she didn’t want to leave. Maddie now knows that from now on, whenever we go on vacation, she gets to go on a vacation as well. The workers at Dodge Boarding Kennels go out of their way to care for your pet because they absolutely love what they are doing and I would highly recommend this Kennel to anyone who wants their pet to have the best. *5 out of 5 stars

Don't listen to nrogers80, he's just a liar

No one listen to that Nrogers80 (Firedancer80) idiot, the place is great and the employers are also great. This person has been going on multiple reviews just to make them look bad. Possibly a flamer/troll. The girls work hard and bathe the animals, feed the animals, and keep the place clean.
This whole bullsh*t story about his dumbas* dog being covered in feces is ridiculous. Especially after only ONE day. LOL. Make it believable if you're going to lie and talk sh*t.
Also, they wouldn't be able to write so many posts with so many accounts. They honestly don't know how to use computers so advance like.
Anyway, this isn't a made up opinion, this is fact and they are totally worth bringing your pet here. They get lots of love. Trust me, I come here to drop my dog and cat off all the time. :p

Very caring

I left my dog here for 10 days while on our honeymoon. Sheila and Maria are the two nicest people in the world for taking care of our handicapped dog. He required a lot of specialized care and they were willing to do it at no extra charge. They made sure he was comfortable, walked, and ate and drank like normal.

A True "Home Away From Home" For Pets!! Wonderful!!

The staff at Dodge Boarding Kennels TRULY go ABOVE AND BEYOND for your pets! Do not judge this book by it's cover. Like others have said, it may not be the newest facility, but what the kennel lacks in aesthetic frills, it MORE than makes up for in genuine love and compassion for ALL animals. The staff honestly treats each of their boarders as part of their own personal family. It is truly touching to witness. They are AWESOME!! It is such a blessing to have a place where your pets actually LIKE to go while you're away - so you know that they are having just as much fun as you!! Thank you, Dodge Boarding Kennels!! I would strongly recommend them to any pet lover!!

Rare Find! This place is the BEST!

While I will agree with another user review that the facility is not the newest, it is by far the GREATEST! The employees are so caring and compassionate, they have never met an animal that they didn't love and/or want to help. As proof of this, they also run an animal rescue center there. They take in any animal who is no longer loved/cared for and give it everything it needs and then some! I have taken my dog there several times and she gets more attention there than when she is at home. She has always been cared for with attention to detail. For this amazing service, I would be willing to pay twice what other places charge - however, I am so pleased to say that the prices here are WONDERFUL! You're not going to find a better deal - wonderful care for your animals and some money left to spend on your vacation! I strongly recommend them to any animal owner!!!
