In response to the awful mean spirited write up “Stay Away”.

I would like to make it clear this was written by an EX-EMPLOYEE.

I have been in business in Hamburg, NY for over l9 years. I am proud to say I have customers that still come to me since I first opened (and they’re still coming back with their second and third dogs)

I am frequently referred by veterinarians in the Western New York area due to the gentle handling and beautiful job myself and staff does.

I welcome anyone at anytime of any day to stop in un-announced, no appointment necessary, to check us out and look over my facility and meet myself, my staff and my dogs.

My dog loves going to Puppy Love. The employees are very happy to see her every time and take great care of her. They are very knowledgeable with what they are doing. When I bring her in for a groom no matter how long it has been they recognize her. So when I saw the negative review written about them, I was very surprised. But then again it does sound like an ex employee with a grudge. Needless to say a lot of my friends and their pups go to Puppy Love and never have a negative thing to say. I encourage you to not be discouraged and give them a try. It is you’re our opinion and experiences that count. Not something someone wrote out of spite.

STAY AWAY!!

This salon is a death trap... I've seen all the awful things that go on at this shop firsthand. The owner hits dogs on her table when they don't sit still, and I've watched her quick every nail on a dog's foot and laugh about it. There is a worm infestation outside in daycare, there are rat droppings all over the shop... there is only ONE toothbrush for all of the dogs to share. The flea comb that is used to pull poop off of a dog's rear is also used to pull eye boogers off of the face! Needless to say, all of the equipment is filthy. The owner's dogs are aggressive and her un-neutered male dog has attacked and injured so many dogs over the years, but the owner has yet to be honest with any of her clients about the injuries. All of the electrical outlets in this facility spark and fuses blow daily; the shop is a fire hazard! If you love your dog then look elsewhere!!!!

Nice people

I was really impressed with these ladies from the start! I have a 2 year old mixed breed I got from a rescue and ever since the first time she was there, they know her! She was very nervous the first couple times but now acually enjoys going there. They are flexible and have worked with my schedule to get her in. They treat her like shes a show dog! And she comes home looking like one!
