BROOK GARDENS SUCKS!. This place is STUPID! They don't let you do nothing! They yell at me for having a trampoline what my kids can't have any fun. I right now I am sick of them shutting off the water all the time! Like hello when I come home from work I want to take a shower. My daughter is crying because she has school retakes tomorrow and they haven't put the water on at all. I AM SICK OF THIS PLACE I AM MOVING AT THE END OF WINTER!! NEVER MOVE HERE THIS PLACE SUCKS!

Slum Lord Owner. I have lived in Brook Gardens Estates for 6 years, and I have seen this park turn into a park that the owner has no interest in keeping up. The roads are horrible, you take your life in your own hands just to walk here, with all the speeders, No sidewalks for the safety of the people who have to walk their dogs or children. Many vacant lots that are not taken care of. No violations for the people who do not keep up on their lots or home. The average rent here is $500.00 Plus meaning the average yearly lot rent comes to over $6000.00 on 400 homes and this park owner is not putting any money back into the any repairs or the appeal of buying a home here. It has become discouraging to live here, and anyone who buys a home here will not be happy.

Brook Gardens. There are numerious water links for the past 3 weeks

in my area where at least many homes yards are being

flooded and no action being taken.

It took 2 years ago action from NY district attorneys

office office to have 68 ft.dead elm struck by lighting anr

many big branches were coming down before such

cut down.

Take a tour of Brook Gardens and you will see what i

am writing about.

Stay away do not buy.

BAD STAY AWAY!!!!!!. my review is completely accurate - and u can email me for further details - this park doesnt give a damn other then collecting the rent- no care about the tenants ( current or future) didnt shovel or plow out the mail boxes - didnt care about giving correct hours - has 2 sets of diff hours posted - and doesnt ever leave a msg - I'm out in the park be back in a little while - or sorry i'm away for today - will be back on....

AND doesnt have an answer other then 'I'm sorry' in a tone u know she's full of 'it'
