Needs MANY improvements. Never seen such incompetent individuals all packed up in one place @ once! I would never ever shop there again. My food bill came to $128.16 the cashier was handed $140.00 & couldn't make change, she looked at me as if I was going to help her! I wanted to, but then remembered , "Don't they recieve a lessons on operations of the cash register? Then as I paid my Phone bill, the OLD LADY behind the counter was so rude! The stor is very unorganized. The manager was outside watching a thunder storm.....LOL ....No wonder they are paid so little!

The Only Decent Choice. Unless you want to take a road trip for this one, Tops is the best market to shop at in Lockport. Prices, quality, and all the good options. They should have a better selection of food, but the store is not big enough. Another 10 miles or so down the road, you can find a bigger store.
