4 years and going strong.
We had them install awnings on our new house. Love the look and energy savings. They put the awnings up and take them down. They recommend the repairs needed and are reasonably priced.
Worst Company Ever.
I contracted Awnings Plus due to their promise of design and installation. Awnings Plus has only given excuses, they are 1 month past their promised installation date and as of today, I have called them 5 separate times and have NEVER had a return call. The customer service is the exceptionally bad, their interest in my concerns was apathetic at best and their overall company culture is atrocious at best. YOU would be a fool to contract this company as you have been warned and as I can see, on more than one occasion.
Awnings Plus Service.
I have been a customer of Awnings Plus for a few years now. Although there was a little bit of a transition I would have to say that the customer service, scheduling, and installation have impressed me this year. I always call in the spring to ask when I requested my dates and the office stated that I had chosen the end of April. The office staff was wonderful in accommodating me because we had an unexpected family get together. Not only was the awning up before our party but the men that installed the awning were thorough.
I had new awning made with orginal owner, who was a great guy to deal with. Awning was the second i purchased from Awning's Plus & was a replacement for the first that finally wore out.. This was used just 4 months, one short seasonand I also allways paid for put up & take down & storage with the co. This new owner who bought the co stalled me for a year saying they could'nt find iit and were tying to locate it. THEY LOST IT! & never did find it.. On top of it he is rude and nasty.
Contract Not fulfilled.
For the second year in a row my awning has not been put up within the time frame that was requested. There seems to be no concern on the people that answer the phone to actually get reliable information as to when the job would be completed. Of course you pay in advance for a service to be performed within a 15 day window. It is now an additional 15 days since the last day of the time period requested. Last week I was told it would be up within the next two days and a week later it still isn't up. This is the first time I have ever taken the time to review anything online.... imagine how frustrated I am. I definately will not recommend this company to anyone.
