I've used Alder Creek ever since I began playing. The staff at Alder Creek is nothing but helpful. Steve, the technician, can fix any instrument with ease. I have never encountered the evil dark haired women, depicted in these other reviews. Every member of the Alder Creek staff will answer your questions with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Alder Creek Music is the paramount in musical education, repair, and retail. Alder Creek was founded for Musicians by Musicians. I would recommend Alder Creek to anyone, Beginner or Pro, for all of their musical needs and wants.

Absolutely Excellent Service. This is the best music store around. I read the other reviews before going to Alder Creek and wanted to see for myself. Both Steve and his wife("Dark Haired Trumpet Teacher") were both extremely friendly courteous and accommodating. As another reviewer mentioned , Steve is extremely good at repair, He fixed our daughters Flute while we waited and had tons of good advice. Its hard to believe that Steve's wife could be anything but nice, could be the reviewer had an attitude before even entering the store. Alder Creek music Store was recommended by my daughters Flute tutor to fix her flute even though we have a capable music store only 15 minutes away. I WILL DEFINITELY make the 1 hour plus journey to Alder Creek again if we have any need for instrument repair in the future. I wont go anywhere else

customer service. I'm just a parent but I've rented from Alder Creek for 3 years. The woman with the short dark hair is miserable. I don't have any experience with an instrument, and I feel as though I'm pulling teeth to get an answer out of her regarding basic questions. When she does answer me it's always with an serious attitude. Everyone has a bad day, but she always has a bad day. Next year I'm renting from somewhere else.

Awesome!!. This place is excellent, I don't know what that other person has against the trumpet teacher but this is not the place to take out personal problems, srsly get a life. Alder Creek will work MIRACLES on your broken instrument, the owner is Steve & he can fix anything. I think he must be one of the best in the country. The ppl there know what they are doing and will help you out anytime. Rent or take lessons too. I won't go anywhere else!!!

Trumpet Teacher Sucks!. Overall a good place to rent instruments, but the Trumpet Teacher is terrible. She has some serious emotional issues to contend with. Sorry to be nasty, but I don't know what else to say and I should warn others about this situation so you don't have to go through what I went through. I would strongly recommend that you search elsewhere for an experienced Trumpet Teacher that knows how to teach with fewer emotional issues that won't interefere with their teaching and responsibilities.
