No Customer Service here!.
I purchased a $4,000.00 DCS stove last year. The delivery of the stove was more than 8 weeks late with a new excuse every week. "When it gets here, we wll let you know. Stop calling!"
The installation was anything but good. The stove was not level from day one. It is now 9+ months later and the owner does not want to be bothered. Never receive a return phone call. We are a nuciance to him.
The stove has had issues from day one. All that the manufacturer will do it continue to provide service calls. Last service call we were asked to call another authorized service center.
The burners do not light properly and the ignition has been replaced twice. Same issue still a concern. The over was never set correctly for desired temperature. Door hindges have been replaced and the door is not on straight!
Wish we had never purchased the stove. Not much left that we can think of to do. Customer service is non-existant. At least I feel better now. Buyer be ware.....
